Just 67 km from Antalya Airport and close to the heart of historic Side, Conny’s by Sandra is an adults-only Bed & Breakfast Hotel with 12 charming rooms. Sandra and Tim welcome you to this small, intimate retreat, where comfort, personal attention, and relaxation go hand in hand.
Start your day in our Restaurant with a fresh, varied breakfast, enjoy an à la carte dinner with local wines in the evening, and relax during the day by the pool or at the nearby beach (1.2 km). On Thursday evenings, the bar comes alive with fun karaoke, where guests from all over the world laugh, sing, and toast to life together.
Discover the charm of Side (1.5 km): stroll through narrow streets, admire ancient ruins and the harbor, or explore the region with a rental car or join Sandra and Tim on a local excursion. Stunning nature, markets, waterfalls, and historic towns await you. Parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Conny’s by Sandra is recommended by several (dental) clinics as accommodation for visitors undergoing treatment in Side-Manavgat. The small scale, personal attention, and multilingual support provide the ideal environment for a peaceful, stress-free recovery.
Groups and Exclusive Bookings
The hotel can also be booked exclusively for family gatherings, groups of friends, corporate events, themed trips, or special celebrations. Children are exceptionally allowed for exclusive bookings.
Adults-Only 18+ – perfect for couples, friends, or solo travellers seeking peace, comfort, and quality time. For business travellers, reliable Wi-Fi is available. Due to the hotel’s unique architecture, the rooms are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

ROOMs
The hotel rooms are situated on the second and the third floor. Every floor has 6 rooms. Rooms at the back have Pool view. In the front: Garden & Hotel view. The rooms are nicely decorated and have their own Air-conditioning / Heater, Safe and Minibar (extra). We offer our guests Coffee & Tea facilities, beach towel, bathrobe and slippers.
There is no elevator in the hotel and unfortunately we are not all-round accessible for wheelchairs.

From a fresh and healthy breakfast served to your table between 08:30 and 11:00, to relaxed poolside snacks, lunch, fruits and pancakes — our restaurant is designed around your comfort.
In the evening, enjoy international cuisine prepared daily with fresh, local products, perfectly paired with our carefully selected local wines.
We are happy to adapt our dishes to your personal wishes and dietary needs.
SIDE
Side is an ideal place for excursions and sightseeing, centrally located amidst historic excavations.
For many years, UNESCO has been supporting a development plan to restore Side to its original character, as it was conceived in the past — originally as a Greek–Turkish exchange settlement.
Since the 1960s, there has been an exchange with Crete (Greece). The populations of both regions were able to move freely within the designated areas, which has resulted in strong Greek influences in Side. These influences are reflected in the architecture of the houses as well as in the local culture today.
